JOURNAL MOVE MEDITATE
One of Mercedes’ modalities is guiding people through movement to center the mind, heart and body.
Her passion is to facilitate others through their own vessel for optimal healing, self-leadership and compassion.
Moving can be the true art of clarity and divine knowing.
Journal Move Meditate is a gentle sequence of moving, journaling and meditating. Mercedes will often begin with a little
fun dance groove to let go of all the jitters from the natural stresses of the day. A journal prompt or free write will be given
to allow space for the soul to speak.
Mercedes will lead the class through a combination of yoga poses, gentle touch, fascia strengthening and other alternative moves
she has gathered from being a dancer.
The class will either begin or end with a meditation that provides ease and integration.
The exercises will unravel the mind to gain more clarity, direction, inspiration, vitality and wholeness.
This practice is intended to regulate the nervous system by relieving stress,
activating self-love and feeding the sacred within.
